Axearchy Spirit Badge

Axearchy Spirit Badge

Axearchy sounds like the sort of system invented after somebody decided ordinary hierarchy did not contain enough axes. With no surviving field notes or image to settle the matter, this badge is best approached as an invitation to axe-themed invention rather than official lore.

Ranger Fact: When the meaning of an old Ranger term is lost, write down what you actually know before the confident guessing begins.

Details: Woven cloth badge, about an inch across. Iron-on backing (though stitching is sturdier).

Point Value: Worth 10 Glory Points toward your Monster Rangers badge collection.

HOW TO EARN THIS BADGE

Choose one:

  • Invent a harmless definition for 'Axearchy' and write three rules for how such a system would operate.
  • Design an emblem, seal, or organizational chart for your entirely unofficial Axearchy.
  • Learn about one real historical axe used as a tool and what work it was designed to do.

Jr. Monster Rangers

Choose one:

  • Draw what you think an Axearchy might look like.
  • Make three silly rules for an imaginary axe-shaped kingdom without using any real axes.
  • With a grown-up, learn how axes have been used as tools and why they require careful safety.

Secret Power (for the Monster Rangers RPG)

“Order of the Axe” — Once per session, impose a surprisingly clear order on a confused group task by assigning who does what next.
