Monster Rangers make things. Sometimes useful things. Sometimes crooked little things held together with glue and determination. The Craft Champ Spirit Badge celebrates all of it.

Levels: There is just one level of the Craft Champ Spirit Badge.

Ranger Fact: Never run with scissors. Walking briskly while carrying seventeen other craft supplies is also discouraged.

Point Value: Worth 10 Glory Points toward your Monster Rangers badge collection.

HOW TO EARN THIS BADGE

Choose one:

  • Finish one handmade project using tools or materials you already own.
  • Teach another person a craft technique you know.
  • Make one completely unnecessary object whose only purpose is to make you laugh, then display it with unreasonable pride.

Jr. Monster Rangers

Choose one:

  • Make a craft from paper, cardboard, clay, fabric, or another safe material.
  • With a grown-up, learn how to use one new craft tool safely.
  • Turn something from the recycling bin into a small monster, machine, or mysterious object.

Secret Power (for the Monster Rangers RPG)

“Make Do” — Once per session, quickly improvise a crude but useful object from ordinary materials nearby. It works for the immediate problem and probably should not be sold commercially.
